Peoria

i’m from decatur… but i don’t live there anymore… I’M MOVING BACK THIS SUMMER THOUGH!!!

It seems like I meet a lot of people around Louisville that know of or have lived in Peoria. I lived there for my younger years. It’s a nice place, but you’d better have a reason to visit or it may not seem like such an exciting visit.

Great things to see include the largest model of the solar system (spread out through the city), Bradley Campus, and you must eat at Lou’s Drive-in. (I hope I have the name of it right!)

I was born in Peoria and grew up in the area. I don’t live there anymore, but I like it.

I was born here. It’s alright. If you don’t have family here, you’ll be bored out of your mind.

I moved here 3 years ago. If it weren’t for the fact my husband is from here, I definitely would not be here.
