Saskatoon

You know, I’ve met so many absolutely wonderful people from Toon Town…but found it to be a rather forgettable place. Maybe if I’d been there in the summer or something, but I forget it to be rather gray and featureless. The most memorable thing was the Ring Road… :c0

Been staying here for a week now. The people are just nice and the weather are awesome. Im loving everything in here except maybe for the food.

We went to Saskatoon for our friend’s wedding. Downtown is small but very pretty and the Jazz fest was going on.

uni arts exhibitions are the best. good art made by students, awesome atmosphere and lots of fun.

i had sooo much fun here! no offense, saskatoon, but fun was the last thing i expected. . . so kudos to you!

I lived here for 15 years. Its the best bigger city on the prairie. Great arts community. the best fringe festival.
Broadway – great coffee shops, bookstores, the theater.
Wanuskewin is awesome cultural heritage centre for Cree culture – great food at the restuarant, a former buffalo run and meeting place for thousands of years.

Grew up here, and will shortly be moving back here. :) One of the most beautiful cities in Canada!

Get a hotel away from downtown or the Central-Western portion of the city.

8th Street is a great place to shop and the traffic is decent.

Take a gander at the University of Saskatchewan. It’s one of the most beautiful campusi in Canada.

Winter: DON’T go out unprepared.
Summer: Always carry an umbrella
All year round: NEVER trust weather forcast.

I bought my second house in Saskatoon a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage home and after I moved into my beautiful house I just knew I was not to live there, my children told me that we just need to move the furniture or paint – I sold my house in 3 days and moved to Winnipeg on a whim. Saskatoon is a beautiful city – quiet, small, a good place to raise a family.
