arrange your trip way long before you landed, and make sure you’re not planned it around national holiday nor long weekend, because bandung can be very crowded as hell…
try to avoid downtown and straight to north bandung… there you’ll determine the beauty of bandung…

Bandung is a shopping haven. So many outlet stores to visit. the malls are so hip.

I lived in Bandung for more than 2/3 of my life. Used to be so lovely, cool, and green. Now it’s crowded, dirty and polluted. But Bandung is always my dear home town, no matter what. Also there are still some great places there, great food, and cheap shopping. And don’t forget, for the guys… Bandung girls are pretty! :D

I really love this place during the 70s and eighties when the air is clean,and a lot of trees.

Now it’s crowded, polluted, too many shops. But for me it’s still a lovely place because of the nice food, and the geological museum.

Bandung city is not worth a visit, but going past the tea plantations on your way to bandung is definitely cool!

what a place to be with friends, hangin out and havin fun..
would love to go there again..if my friends and i could finally get together again.. =(

Ummm.. Bali – Yogja – Bandung.. I dont even knwo if I have the time to visit all these place in just 2 wks!?ahaks.

I loved this place. Everything was so.. different! My friends house was right next to a mosk and I remember waking up at 5am to the sound of someone walking the streets ringing a bell and telling everyone to get up and pray. Apparently it’s a common accurance? Anyway, it was amazing and I’d love to go again.

Old buildings, Tangkuban Perahu Crater, and many interesting places.
