Sept 1999. I remember quite vividly the Museum of Nanjing Massacre, which prompt me to read the book: The rape of Nanking by Iris Chang.
Nanjing was also memorable for my first tasting of dog meat.

This is the city at where I was grown up and was educated.

I would like to return to see the new subway system. Rising city with humble people.

I was in Nanjing for abuot 9 months doing study abroad at Nanjing University. An interesting city, one of the former capitals, a city wall, close to Shanghai. Go there!
