It’s pretty hot and dry. It’s in kind of an isolated spot, which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.

It is located near Edwards AFB, so you may see a few cool-looking airplanes from time to time.

I had a couple of podiatry facilities where I saw patients.
Dry, desolate, windy place. I dont fancy to it.

I live here, and have lived here since 1987. And since about 1998, I’ve been looking for a chance to pack up and break out of this place.

On some things, it’s not a bad place to live. But others… it’s not so good. But it depends on what you’re looking for. This area used to be very big on aerospace, so we had a lot of related jobs. A lot of that’s shut down now. There’s no real nightlife, and even though there’s about 170K people here, virtually everything is closed by 10pm.

However, certain areas are pretty. If you like summer sun, we’ve got it. And the winters aren’t too bad either. Cold, but mostly dry.

Don’t ever come to this hellhole.

During the summer…best times of day are sun-up and sundown. Otherwise, it’s windy like all hell, and hot like the same. It’s flat and brown and unless you’re really into dirtbiking or cool aircraft (B2, F117, B1, U2), you’re not gonna find a whole helluva lot to do.

I’d like to go and see my Aunt Vanessa again
