Geneva aka: Genève, Genf

The 2nd most populous city in Switzerland, Geneva is an incredible place to visit. If I had to make a list of “100 cities you must visit before you die”, Geneva would surely be in. If you visit it, specially in the summer, there’s no way to not have fun there: there are lots of places to go.
This city got a surprising culture structure, with more than thirty museums. Good restaurants, theatre, cinema and hotels are also in the positif list of Geneva.

Geneva is located in Switzerland, in Europe. This city is considered one of the top cities in the world because of its whether, in fact it’s quite good for Europe’s climate. In fact, in summer people can profit the lovely whether whereas in winter people can sky above the beautifuls mountains. Furthermore, people the are friendly and sociable. There are many entertainment and tourisctic places, like the united nations. In addition, there ate lots of beautiful garden to walk in. As environment is concerned, Geneva is one of the best in the world and as a result is the best as quality of life is concerned (ranking 2005). By the way, Geneva is a very clean city. Another important point to consider is the health, when I say this I am talking about the good hospitals. In addition, public transports are very efficient.

Now, I really recommend you this city!I’m not kiding when I say this city is perfect!I’m not only saying that because I was born there, but because when I go there, it is very funny and cool..Tehre are skateparks every were (Plainpalais, Carouge,...), great schools (Ecole Molière,...) and very good hospitals.
The weather is very good on summer, and great in winter, because then you can snowboard everyvere (Mont Salève,...), and the people there is very funny and interesting.
I recommend this city for everyone, even to childrens, because there are things to do for all ages, to children playgrouds to clubs.
That city makes me dream at nights.

One of my favorite cities. I love Geneva. Lived there for a year, would definitely consider moving back.

Geneva is the cleanest city I have ever seen! It’s so amazingly beautiful! Take an evening stroll around the lake! If you are there for a few days, take a day trip to Chamonix in the French Alps. You won’t regret it! Again, just amazing

I was there during Tour de Romanie a la Marche, 8-days distance walking competiotion in 2005, i stayed there for 3days and i really enjoyed this city. competition was great, and one free day was amazing.

I’m from mexico… and I stayed there for 2 months with a strange family.. it was fun to see the differnces between both lifestyles.

Went here for few days on my way to Malaga in October 2006, Expensive place to drink especially if you buy a mixed drink i.e. gin and tonic (this one drink alone cost more than my flight here from Liverpool) Amazed by the central red light district which operates DAY and night, didn’t expect to see the girls out in daylight. Same area can be very dangerous at night (as any city I suppose). Local shopkeeper very angry at the amount of immigration here especially from Eastern Europe which has caused a crime wave. Talked to a very nice hardworking vietnamese girl working there illegally in a bar and also a restraunt and sending most of here money home. Seen the Jet d’eau, argued with my mates over which one of us was Alexandra Bastedo as we took our picture. Nice place but a bit expensive.
