Stuttgart

I really don’t remember germany only because i was a kid when i lived there. I have seen pictures though and it is beautiful.

They have great windtunnels there ;)

I went to Stuttgart for the “Fantasy-Film-Festival” (which was great :) and also got the chance to visit the “Staatsgalerie-Stuttgart” museum and a little exhibition of modern art from India and Bangladesch in the ifa-gallery.
The city itself is very beautiful, being surrounded by forests and with its little lake in the town-center… All in all it was a really beautiful visit ^^!

It was green green green. Konig Strasse. Doner Kebabs. Crepes. Fest. Shopping. Wonderful memories.

Gateway to the Black Forest. Went to visit relatives and it was beautiful.

Did my year out here, thinking I could speak German. Well, after the month or so required to tune my ear and brain into the dialect it all went almost ok. Met some great people in my workplace – Rolf, Jürgen, Stephan and Herman, and in the Studentenwohnheim – Rafik, Maro, Ati, the now-famous Bernd Ruf and – of course, the one person I’d love to meet again but never will – the utterly, amazingly gorgeous Andrea S. How dim my lights were not to have noticed that she might have been as interested in me as I was in her when just assumed I had no chance at all. Fab place to be, lots to see in and around the city, all the better for being with friends. How dumb do you have to be to let all that go, eh? :-)

Went there to see the WC 2006 match Germany vs. Portugal.
The city has some nice places but the best part was visiting the brand new Mercedes Museum.. wow!
