Why I recommend this place to visitors

Take a walk on the malecon. Go fishing. People are great. Find a small hotel. They don’t cost much. This place is affordable. There is fine place to get good ice cream along the malecon. Make sure you go to the square in town. It’s like going back in time. Seems to be the gathering place in the evenings. Great resturants.

amazing!

very peaceful, and a lot less commercial than a lot of other places in the Mexican Riviera.

One of my favorite towns in Mexico...

...much better than Cabo San Lucas. Don’t pass up a chance to go here. Eat fish tacos, drink Pacifico, and take a walk on the Malecon!

Great

fish tacos, great little town to get lost in for a couple of weeks. I went in August when it was really hot, though-I’d suggest a cooler time of year. But really, it was great-deep sea fishing, hanging out in the local restaurants, drinking, eating and shopping. Very relaxing.

Ice Cream

I went here about 5 years ago I thought it was a verry nice place, a great combination of old and new. Also has the best strawberry ice cream on earth.

Lazy days

I spent a couple of months here many years ago, in Mexico I had my first experiences of desert, sailing a boat and fishing. Entered at Tijuana and rode a dirty old greyhound all the way down baja california sharing the bus with locals and their pigs and chickens.
