A clothes horse’s paradise! Buy clothes here and you’re 2 seasons ahead of your friends back home. And it’s a beautiful city. Recommendable.

Born there!!!

Before visiting, I never realised that Stockholm was spread out over several islands. Take a boat trip to see Stockholm from the water. Enjoy wandering around Gamla Stan (the old centre of Stockholm). I’m not a museum person usually, but I enjoyed visiting the Vasamuseet and Skansen.

Living in Helsinki it´s easier to go there so I am planning a weekend trip (that won´t be enough but ill be happy for now) there with a friend, it might be next weekend or the next week. I am so excited about this!!

I hava family in Sweden, and have been to Stockholm a few times. Usually I’m just travelling through, but I’ve also been doing other stuff within the city.

One of the most interesting was a cow-chasing trip on bike (cow statues were located in the city, and through a map the goal was to visit as many as possible of them). I did this with other family members, and got myself a nice tour of Stockholm. I believe that was in 2004, but not sure.

I believe the cow statue thing was a travelling thing, visiting other cities at least within Europe. Perhaps you’ve seen them too?

I finally booked a plane ticket for tomorrow morning :-) I will visit my younger brother, who studies there.

Just arrived tonight… hopefully it lives up to all I imagine! I’ll let you know. We’ll be here for New Years, which should be great.

This city is all about culture! Hundred of museums and friendly people.

In fact, i like the name of the city… It´s a name of song which i like ^^
