As a good Paulistano, i don’t pretend to go back to Rio too soon…
Rio to me, only on Business…

I want it to stay atop of the Pao de Azucar (Sugar Loaf) forever!!! fell in love with the city, its people, the music, the food, the Portuguese language (I’m fluent, it’s my second language). It’s been 13 years since the last time I was in Rio… I think it’s about time to go back!

I took capoeira for three years before conceding that I’m kind of inept, physically. Still, one can’t take capoeira for any length of time without bumping into a few Brazilians, and if there is a culture that advocates for itself more passionately with its sheer delight in everything it does than Brazilians do, I’ve never seen it.
Other than danger in the Favelas, I’ve never heard a bad thing about Rio de Janeiro. The food is amazing, the people are gorgeous and passionate, the music is compelling and the language is beautiful. Though I don’t really get into capoeira anymore, I’d love to see it in its original setting.

The boys are beautiful, and so are the beaches.

It was a breathtaking experience. I understand now why people say it’s one of the world’s wonders of Nature. Everyone should visit Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf at least once in their lifetime.

I want to party in Carnaval, and tan on Ipanema, then visit Christ the Redeemer and the amazing mountain peaks. I would also love to see a Favela, but it may be too risky to venture.

Tourism in Rio de Janeiro
Rio de Janeiro is a very popular place in the world, almost everyone knows where it is located.
Tourists love going there, they are very welcome, and that’s why it called my attention.
There are lots of places to visit in Rio, for example, the Christ is a very well-known monument. There are lots of beaches that you can visit. Besides, it is very violent and it is one of the most violent places in the world. It has many people, more than 15.383.407 inhabitants.
The Pan American games happened there, it is a very famous competition in Latin America because it involves all the countries. Everyone that goes there walks on the side-walk, witch is closed to the beach.
I conclude that Rio is a wonderful place with many natural beautiful places, it’s a very good place to visit, but not to live, right? Due its to violence!

Beautiful place to visit. Gorgeous sites, and wonderful people! I lived in Rio, Tres Rios, & Manaus. I lived here between the ages of 7 & 13.
