New Brunswick

Did I spell that right? Just got back from our 5-day cruise, and we really liked St John. It’s small enough to feel really comfortable, and the people are great! The bagpiper playing as we pulled away from the pier made me cry.

Just a few more days and I can mark this one “I’ve been here!”

My family and I have gone across Canada three times. I have also lived here for almost two years of my life. The last time I was here was April 2006

Fundy Park was awsome!

The kids and I are cruising out of NYC to Canada at the end of this month (yayyyy!) and St. John is on our itinerary. I can’t wait!

I spent the first four years of me life on a Christmas tree farm in Carleton County, so most of my memories from NB are of trees. And potatoes. Don’t ask me about the cities because I’ve barely spent any time in them!

Embarrassing – I don’t think I could point to this place on a map. I’d like to remedy my own ignorance.

Disapointing ! The advertisement are cool, hot water is promised. Hot water there is, but they forgot to say that Jellyfish are everywhere. There are so much that people do not go in the water. Was in Kouchibouguac, moved to Parlee beach (was a little bit better but still no swimming).

Then moved to the Fundy Bay National park, this was a lot better but globally the trip to NB was really disapointing.

I found the other maritime provinces a lot nicer, no offense intended… I might need to go back and see it on my own schedule!

Deer Island is beautiful. Bay of Fundy is amazing.
