I’m moving here at the end of August!

Went southwest of Barcelona, down the coast, and went to Port Aventura.

Barcelona is great, a very modern and characterful city.
We stayed in the spotlessly clean and chilled-out resort village of Llafranc on the Costa Brava. Would recommend to anyone.

We didn’t go inland to the mountains as we were only there for a week. Next time!

Catalonia is wonderful, the food, the language, the people. One of my highlights was going to a dinner which involved the entire village, was set up in the street and lasted 4 hours. Barcelona is a beautiful and very cosmopolitan city, well worth visiting more than once.
