United Arab Emirates

UAE is the traditional, Modest, Attract full, The best place to go for holiday. There are seven states called s “Emirates”. like Dubai Main and Major city), Abu Dhabi (Capital city), Sharjah, Ajman, Ras-ul-Khaima, Um-ul-Quwain, Fujairah.

Every state has its own identity as historical and worthwhile. If you are in the group or more than one, so never be bore in the UAE. They have more than 10 Major and famous ports, a big business hub, and a lot of things which can be state about UAE and its states.

People are very nice and friendly, very limited options to what you could do there.
I’ve never seen a country get built so fast. I visit Dubai just about every month; every time I go back there something new is being built.

It’s impressive.

I have mixed feelings about dubai. Its an exciting but artifical place. Great hotels, excellent restaurants – the italian in the Radisson Media hotel (i can’t remember its name) has great food and wine. I went to a morrocan restaurant that was first class too.

What bothered me was the humidity – i went in June and it was awful. And the desperation – i sensed that a lot of people were there because dubai sells itself as a honey pot but now everything is so expensive, you can’t do anything there without spending money – that people are only keeping their heads above water.

I didn’t really like it – nothing is cheaper than the UK and soon they will be introducing a 5% VAT rate.

I will be going back soon with work, maybe I’ll change my mind.

I lived here for 6 months in ‘07. The expansion of Dubai over the last decade has been nothing short of mind-blowing. The road builders can’t seem to keep up with the steady increase of inhabitants. The city on the whole is very safe and pretty clean for its size.

Dubai offers vastness because of its desert as well as the ocean.

Although limited natural places to go, this place is big time into touristy circuit owing to the way it has been moulded and promoted …

its a very fast country

This is were I was born and raised though I am not a citizen. However, as a place to visit, I would definitely recommend it. The place is growing faster than any place i know now.It is a place to relax and see human marvel in architecture and modern building. Dubai (as you might have heard of it) has indulged itself in fancy landmarks. It is the trading capital of the country and the transformation from a desert to its current standards is breathtaking. Fast paced city and living expenses are on a rise now, if you are planning to move there…but I would still go back eventually!!

Why I recommend this place to visitors is that it’s probably the most open GCC country. We have alcohol, discos and bars, pork, christian churches, women drivers (you can’t say the same for Saudi Arabia can you?)..

Not saying that tourists only visit places for those, but I wanna point out that the UAE rulers have made sure that we non-Muslims also get to enjoy their hospitality. Go desert driving and skiing in the same day. Visit beaches, go quad-biking, eat glorious Arabic food (Lebanese cuisine is the standard Arabic food though).

The UAE is a melting point of cultures – the country is resided in by the most diverse set of nationalities.

Visit UAE in the winter. Forget June to August tours, you’ll choke in the heat if you dare go out of your A/C rooms in summer!

Living in Dubai is great, weather is hot but everything else is fantastic..except the traffic..!!!???
Life is good here, economy is booming and multicultral enviroment is great!

There is so much to do, shopping-diving-indoor skie-parties-great restraunts etc. etc. etc.

Dubai is the place to be!
