Good Destination
Algarve is awesome, last time I went I was 17. I love Portuguese women, I sat next to a model on the plane leaving Faro. So good!

I’ve been born in Lisbon and to be quite frank, I know not a lot about it and not a lot about the whole Portugal as well. I’d recommend visiting Parque das Nações, Cascais, Oeiras, Saldanha, Marquês de Pombal, Rossio and etc.

Loved Portugal, which I visited the same year I did live in Germany for 11 months (1999)... the only consideration I have is that during the summer months it’s way too hot and humid, especially Lisbon… the streets can be quite smelly and the nights very sultry in your room if you don’t have AC!
I loved it in Faro, though… but that’s next to the ocean so it’s a whole different story!

Lisbon is a great place to visit because of its history, beaches and nightlife.

Portugal wasn’t in my A-list of places to go, but a friend of mine conviced me to go with her and I have no regrets!!! Best trip ever! These awesome beaches, polite and nice people, good wine and tasty food! What more can one wish for?

Hi! We are going to Portugal the first two weeks of June and we want to rent a car. Is it cheaper to rent one online from home, or wait until we get there? We want to drive from Lisbon down to Algarve and back to Lisbon. Thanks!

Just don’t get too stuck on the Fado. It’s depressing!

If ever I get to Spain, I will get to Spain and Portugal.
I love Moorish architecture and want to visit Lisbon as well as the coast. My impression of Portugal is that it is European without being too European, if that makes any sense. I want to go here because I imagine it to be less touristde than Spain, abit more “raw” and “real”... as well as “cheap”!
