I miss you silver in the city! So sad that you closed!

Out of Business.

Downtown Records went out of business last year, and was replaced by the Venue.

It seems like a lot of my favorite places have been closing – City News went out in May.

Guadalajara has closed it’s doors for good.

These are four of the houses featured at the World’s Fair in Chicago. They are currently being renovated, but there is parking for them and signs up with some history about them.

I’d like to walk the .9 mile interpretive trail there.

We welcome all comers. You can craft, learn, or just hangout. Sometimes we have delicious munchies, ALWAYS we have awesome people. It’s a Kid Friendly store too! We have a kid table with interactive toys and cames that is free to all.

The fresh made hollandaise sauce on home fries with veggies is a dish that can’t be beat.
