I love this place.
Exibits are constantly changing, and are fun. It’s a great scientific learning experience, and the fish/rainforest are cool. The iMAX theatre is a must, especially now that it is showing full legnth movies.

This is one of a few domed iMAX theatres.

I’ve been a member, with my family, for fifteen years now. It never get’s old.

after you get off of the plane, you might as well get something to eat, as the baggage takes forever to arrive at the claim.

Very fun!

Staff is nice, and attentive. If you don’t mind a little smoke, this is a great place.

Kid friendly, as well.

Tour is fun the first time, but can get cold.

Panning for gold is the best part.

It’s fun for a while, but after the sun get’s you it can be a hassle.

I love how you can stand in two states at once, as the park is on the border of North and South Carolina. The firework shows are pretty good, and rides are fun.

The lines can get pretty long, and food can become expensive, so be prepared to walk across the long parking lot to wendy’s for cheep food.

I have a season pass, which is good to go with friends. Children under 3 are free, and can see some of their favourite Nickelodeon characters.

I swam with the sting rays, chilled by the beach, and got a few post cards.

I’ve been to hell and back. It’s such a beautiful place.

If you have small children, The Discovery Place Museum is a must.
Charlotte has a little bit of everything, for young ones, and older ones. And is also the home of the Carolina Panthers!
