I love China for many reasons. It is a beautiful country. The people are reasonable and fairly friendly. There is plenty to see. No one bothers you most of the time (outside of the gigantic cities incl. Shanghai and Beijing). The spoken language is easy to learn (it is the written language or the characters that intimidate most, the spoken language has no conjugations). It is changing so quickly you can watch it happening. I love bicycles, Tai Chi, Tofu, Chinese language, Chinese medicine, etc. I looooove China.
