Cliffhouse Tagaytay, Tagaytay

Pricey, but...

definitely worth it if you have plenty of cash to burn. We ate at Fire Lake Grill, where prices are surely not for the ordinary tourist. The quality of food was very good, though! I’ll definitely come back, but next time loaded with more moolah in my wallet so I can try out other stuff on their menu.

A word of warning for casual travelers – if you don’t plan on patronizing any of the restaurants here, don’t bother visiting else you’ll be slapped with a P100 parking fee. yikes!

San Fernando, Pampanga

Untitled

my family went to san fernando city on impulse just this weekend, driven by what else—our stomachs! if there’s one thing i’ve learned about living in central luzon, it’s this: you can never go wrong with pampanga cuisine. from the mundane to the exotic, pampanguenos can transform any ingredient into succulent, mouth-watering dishes. so yeah, there’s always an excuse to come to here and visit :)
