repping.

i never thought i’d miss my home state so much after moving away.

i always complained about how boring pa was and how i couldn’t wait to move out. now i realize, it’s a beautiful state with a ton of history. i’m from a suburb of allentown and i knew practically everyone in town. my family was well known in the area and i miss having that security. i miss my family and i miss my friends.

people need to give pennsylvania more of a chance. it’s not just a bunch of deer-hunting hicks around. we’re home to the liberty bell, hershey, dorney park, andy warhol’s work, and lancaster [amish country] among other historically exciting landmarks. gettysburg comes to mind and philadelphia was the first capital of the usa.

in my town alone, you could completely tell that there were stories to be told just by looking at some of the old homes and buildings. i’m proud to be a pennsylvanian and it will always be my home, no matter where i wind up. east side. <3

New York State, United States

city that never sleeps.

I LOVENEWYORK.

i am one of the privileged who got to stand on top of one of the twin towers before their unfortunate demise in 2001. beyond that, i’ve seen TONS of awesome sites in manhattan; metropolitan museum of art, times square, central park, empire state building.. plus i’ve also been to harlem, the bronx, and brooklyn. and i’ve been in the statue of liberty on ellis island.

if there’s one place to strive to see before you die, make new york it.

New Jersey, United States

the airport sucks.

new jersey is cool. i like the boardwalk.. the beaches are slightly on the dirty side compared to maryland and california, but all in all, it’s a fun place. plus, trenton is home to aqua teen hunger force. =]

newark airport sucks though.
