I was only there for a couple days, but it was beautiful. I’d like to go again and kayak on Lake Squam. And, you won’t believe who stayed in the inn I was staying in…”Tony.” I saw Wil Wheaton in Hollywood, so it’s pretty crazy to see someone like Tony in the middle of nowhere.

I’m in love with historic Charleston, what can I say! It’s absolutely gorgeous here, and it’s just oozing with historic authenticity. I’d love to spend some more time here, but the hubby and I will need to do more research before booking an inn. We stayed at the Old Post House in Mt. Pleasant. Beautiful and unique property in a quiet and quaint part of town, but it was SO noisy. It didn’t help that our room was above the kitchen… anyway, stay some place else and everything will be ALL better.
