My eldest ex-stepson used to work at Scribner’s when he lived in NYC. Being an avid reader, I loved listening to Russ when he talked about Scribner’s, even though it was pure torture since he was there and I wasn’t.
It’s dangerous letting me into any bookstore, but I fear I’d be a complete menace to any bank account in a place such as Scribner’s.
