What can I say? This state is my home and has been for 53 years. I was born here and I will die here. Oh yes, people will tell you it’s boring, too hot and humid, poor, full of red-necks, illiterate, etc, and some of this is true, but it is also the center of Southern hospitality, relaxing, slow-paced, the winters are mild, the hunting and fishing are great, and the cost of living is low. I’ve been all over the world, but for me this is the closest to Heaven till I get there. If you have any questions about the State in general or our way of life, just drop me a line.

I’ve been there 3 times in the last 4 years for a month at a time. It’s a small island but the view and the beaches are great and the people are friendly.
