A tip I have about this place
The White Eagle Saloon has 14 rooms for as low as $30 per night. Live music every night, solid food and drinks (standard McMenamin’s fare) and easy access to the rest of town. Do not go if you are an early sleeper – the music often goes until after midnight.
BTW – the cocktails at Mint/820 next door are reported to be among the best in the US.
