Palo Alto (the whole peninsula) is a weird place. It’s not truly the suburbs, but you couldn’t call it a city either. I guess I’ll continue calling it ‘urban suburbia.’

NYC is everything to me, it’s a rockstar, it’s a b&w woody allen movie, it’s fast, it’s loud, it’s quiet, it lives, it beats, it has character, it can be harsh, it’s interesting, it’s diverse, it’s like very few places on earth, yet people bring a little bit of themselves and their past here to make it feel like anywhere.
