Jungle Adventure
Nothing says relaxing like jungle sounds right outside your gadget-free cabin-style room. The service was polished and friendly, and the small size (only 10 rooms) made for an intimate environment.
The location could not be beat. A five minute walk downhill brought us to the beautiful and peaceful Lake Peten Izta where a canoe awaited us. It was a joy to leisurely paddle out onto the lake, and an experience to find ourselves the sole people in sight.
The steep climb back up the hill to our casita was challenging, but possible. The excellent food served at dinner made the climb worthwhile.

From the moment we arrived until the moment of we departed, every need was met immediately, and with a smile. The staff consistently put forth their full effort to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and care-free.
