Yay! I explored it alone but I never felt soo alone, everyone was helpful and very much approachable. I’d love to stay for a few more days when I go back again.

2 Amazing Reasons
1. A very good friend, Joyjoei lives here and that alone is one huge and significant reason why I should go to Thailand.
2. Thailand is fascinating and beautiful. There are sooo many treasures that are awaiting to be discovered here!

2 BIG Reasons:
1. I want to attend Justin and Erin’s typical Chinese Wedding. This is something that we, his colleagues should not miss!
2. The army of Terraccota Soldiers is very much one of the most spectacular sights in China. It was discovered in 1974, amazingly well-preserved for over 2000 years!

It’s the longest passenger cableway on high mountains in the world with 98 cars and 57 brackets altogether!
The longest and the most expensive cable car ride too!
For travellers, the fee is about 300 yuan plus while localites have to only pay 168 yuan. The good thing about having guanxi or connection in Zhangjiajie is that you can get discount or they can even fix your residency. In our case, the uncle of my student told the staff that we were from Zhangjiajie and he insisted that we only need to pay the locals fee. It seemed that the staff was doubtful because we waited for almost an hour. After running here and there, Jenny’s uncle finally got admission tickets.
Phew the wait was exhilarating as well! And of course, the RIDE!
One more thing, he even reminded me, “Oopps dont speak English!”LOL

According to the pamphlet, Tianmen Cave is the natural water-eroded cave with the highest elevation in the world which runs south-northward with a height of 131.5 meters, a width of 57 meters and a depth of 60 meters.
The sight was extremely marvelous especially when one reaches the top.
The photo was taken while we were delightfully enjoying a quick rest after having completed approximately 200 steps. It was said to have 999 steps all in all, see we were not even halfway yet! Ngeee!
