The thing I miss most about Malawi is the food. Sometimes I find myself craving tseema, cooked with greens and tomatoes, and washed down with orange-flavored Fanta. As I remember the food, I remember the faces of the people who made it, who shared their little with my much. I miss them.
over 4 years agoIt’s a tiny town, about 1300 people. Not much to see unless you want to stand on the state line. If you do visit, driver over to the Delaware side, to Linda’s Diner (by the railroad tracks) and order muskrat. Or scrapple. Either works.
