Washington, D.C is a beautiful place where there is way too many things to do. My family went to the main attractions at The Mall: the White House, the Library, the Smithsonian, etc. It was a little cold. However, I’d do it again.

I went to Tennessee this past Christmas vacation (2007). It was cold, but not extremely. We mostly went on trolleys that led us to high places (on top of the mountains) where people ski. I didn’t ski because I didn’t have the equipment but I went to the highest peak of the mountains. We took many pictures, saw a lot of pretty scenery. Almost no snow which kind of suck, but it was a great experience.

It was about 2002/2003. My dad, brother, and I went for Christmas and New Years. The drive was hectic but the time there was memorable. I remember the friends we were staying with had a daughter that was out in 30 degree weather with a skirt! It was really cold overall. The only thing I don’t like about the place was that compared to Florida its houses are very old. Everything is so ancient, as in buildings, markets, etc.

It was a lot of fun. My favorite ride was Acrophobia. The Superman one was alright but it was more hype than actual amazement. Some rides however were not open. There was a lot of different types of people and it was cool to see them. I went about 4 years ago I suppose, so I don’t know what’s changed. I also went to the Coca Cola place! It was a lot of fun. We learned all about Coca Cola and drank Coca Cola products. There was a part of the exhibit where it showed how many Cokes were being sold at the second and it was amazing the number.
