So I went back to Musee d’Orsay, 6 months after not being able to get in.

Definitely worth visiting. A very nicely constructed gallery. Not too confusing (not like the Louvre!). And the main impressionist gallery (top floor) is well organized into sections by artist.

Go there when you are in Paris – you have to.

I saw it from the outside. Unfortunately, Venice is way too crowded to go in. The line up looked like hours!

I was in Venice a month ago. I didn’t get to see many of the historical places – Venice was too crowded, too many people and the lines were too long. Since I have no plans to go back, I don’t think I will ever get to see inside this palace.
