I liked Brixham but I only had a brief visit and didn’t really get to see much of what it has to offer as I was still pretty tired from my journey down to Devon the night before. The harbour area is very pretty with it’s little boxes on the hillside, there’s a pink one and a blue one and a green one and a yellow one…

…was last Tuesday. I liked it a lot, it certainly had a feel of a more exotic clime than the coastal towns I’m used to, up here in Suffolk. Almost something of, yes, the Riviera. Or Ryvita, as my other half’s Mum refers to it.

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

The first time I went to Cheltenham is probably gonna be also the last time. I went there several years ago with my parents when I was a teenager and remember it being lovely, as most spa towns are. I particularly remember the ornate clock in the shopping arcade with the revolving fish! Unfortunately my ex-boyfriend has moved there in the last couple of years and so I probably won’t visit there again, for fear of running into him!
