You can breathe the history in this beautiful town. The town itself will blow you away and all the sights will “culture you up”.

Try to get a hotel in St. Germain de Pres (south to the ile de la cite), this area is nice and tidy (touristic though but you can’t have it all). Buy a “Paris visite” ticket for metro and RER. Expensive but yet worthwhile. This town is too big to walk it all and the metro network is great.

Take your credit cards, the prices (food, drinks, entry) are unbelievable!

Its ok for sunbathing (and getting red) and fun/action. For sightseeing it is not worthwhile, the two main attractions (the castle in town, nice and the windmill, dodgy) are not worth going there

Definitly worth a visit. Africa for beginners and a good place to be. Beach, harbour and the mountain make a unique scenery.

Have been there for three times (for biz-reasons). I love the place the people and the food. Definitly worth a visit!
