The fall of the Ming and the start of the Manchu. The sight of the Great Wall arising from the sea. The boundary, the start and end of empire and the beginning of the end of dynasties, and the ocean – sounds like a great place to visit.
over 5 years agoSeemed like a great place when I visited. Wonderful views of the city, esp. at night.
over 5 years agoI’m not a big cave fan, so I didn’t think that much of the cave itself. Gotta admit the cave is ginormous. But the surface with the old growth forest is very cool to me – just loved the trees and how calm it felt there.
