the last time i went to this place was before i came to cebu for work…cagayan de oro is a place for bulwa (correct spelling? those earthen/ceramic kitchen things i’d like to buy someday), the 1st bigby’s (i just love their food!), and they really cook good pork liempo (uh, i think that would have to be The Barn)...

the first time i went to this place which was also the last (which i hope not!) i was really amazed at what they called the boulevard…and oh, how great siliman university looks (i missed my school) great field…the first school building that was converted into a museum and unfortunately i was not able to go inside. and one thing that really surprised me is the mode of transportation that they have motorcycles, motorbike or scooters…its 90% of the transportation i saw. it was a great place…

yes, that’s how i feel about matina or davao city for that matter. it’s where i’ve lived all my life though i’m trying to explore cebu city right now. what can i say? davao city offers some of the cheap and good tasting food! and the fruits you’ll never believe the prices. don’t forget the water since it’s the world’s 2nd cleanest water…nothing beats davao water…the city offers you a bit of the fast-paced life while getting that laid-back kind of thing…

This place is really something. Its more than what I could imagine and even better! A really nice place to spend time with Dexter, silly me also with my family but its more of a romantic place…hehehe…

Well, what can i say, it was a really good trip, the one that i just did recently was actually my second time. It was a really good air break from the city air…hahaha and very cold too…and oh, the pineapples are just as sweet as bukidnon’s own!

Just came from Antipolo about a week ago, I visited Dexter, my fiancee, and well what can I say, it was one worth trip! The Tagalog culture is just as colorful and amazing as the Visaya. The food is also great. I also visited their church, whew! i wonder why in Luzon most of the churches are being preserved no matter how urbanized they are…

anyways, yeah this is one great city (well, aside from home —Davao) -- it’s little Manila as my friends & i call it. though not from here, i am currently living here since i have my work based in here which makes the city all the more great…hehehehe

yeah, born and raised! you bet this is the place to be. its laid back yet you get the perk of city life. what’s good about it is that food is cheap and water…nothing could beat Davao’s own Dumoy water…oh and don’t forget Durian…it does smell like hell (which i really don’t agree to) but it sure does taste like heaven (which i completely agree!)...home (sigh) ü

cool…sunny…long trip from davao city since you could almost count it as a road trip…tiring but definitely fun!
