Going to Hawaii has been my dream vacation for many years. I’m starting over in a new home next year along with a new job. A trip to Hawaii would be the best way to begin my new life!

...was today. It was cool…I think 54 degrees cool. I really enjoyed the musical organ thing and the pool area. Local town…eh…it’s okay. I can’t believe Luray Caverns is privately owned. Somebody’s a bizillionaire!!! Warrenton about 45 minutes up the road has a cute downtown area. We stopped at Warrenton’s Mom’s Apple Pie Company on our way back home. Their cherry pie is the bomb =D

I’ve never been there, but I’m sure as hell that this is my kinda place! It’s one of the places I never had the time to visit while living in central CA for 8 months.

...we were driving cross country and stayed here overnight. This used to be my DH’s old stomping grounds while he was in highschool. We just drove around and looked at his old house and high school. Looked liked nice smalltown living. I’d like to go and explore the area more when I have more time.

...overnight during our cross country trip. Drove up to a park that overlooked the entire city and watched fireworks during the 4th of July. Beautiful! Saw hookers eating the continental breakfast at our hotel the next morning. At least, that’s what they resembled =). I’d still like to go back and check out the city and local areas more.

...not that impressed with central MD. Sure there is a lot to do; however, beware of crazy drivers and crime. Just watch the news while you’re in town! Also, there is a need for more adopted highways.

I’m more inclined to recommend Western and Eastern shore, though I will throw in a thumb’s up for Annapolis.

BTW, any place is worth visiting at least once ;)

My Aunt took us here when I was younger. Don’t remember much! Yup…pretty much useless with travel tips here. Maybe I’ll go back one day just so I can add something useful to this entry. lol

It’s the one place my Mom’s told me I should go visit. I’ll add it, considering we don’t speak much.

We were supposed to stop here on our drive back from living in the mid-west, but got sidetracked. Can only standing driving with a big dog, two cats, and cranky DH for so long in the vehicle.

A coworker went there on her honeymoon, and it just sounds like such a beautiful and romantic destination.
