Buffalo

I do not remember much about this city to tell you the truth. Before I became mostly vegetarian I indulged in the Buffalo Wings that this city made a national sensation. I enjoyed the waterfront aspects. I’ve been several times to fly out of the airport while I lived in Western NY for a handful of months. I would like to return—what little impression I had of it was enjoyable and the residents are very down-to-earth people that say “Please” and “thank you” despite the idea that many people have about New Yorkers. I also went to Niagra Falls on the NY and the Canadian side …also a must see wonder.

D.C

I lived in Fort Meade and though I was kept very busy I did visit D.C once. It’s a very stately and elegant place and at the time there was much construction and blockades due to the elections that were approaching then. But I rather enjoyed the historical sites though I didn’t have time to visit some of the ones most important—and was broke at that. I’d like to return so that I could make more of an effort to experience all there is there.

Philly

I’ve been to this friendly city several times while visiting family. It’s a colorful place - artsy and ethereal while also right down to earth. The street names in the historical part of time are cute such as “Strawberry” and various types of nuts. And the little sparrows adorn every inch of concrete and red brick … the city of brotherly love - and before I was practically a vegetarian I did try the renowned Cheese Steak. I’ve love to live there actually …big enough to have plenty to do but small enough that one feels a bit of a community.

A clean, sparkling city… this was my first impression. It looked as if teams of people had come with brooms and swept every inch within view before I had stepped from the bus to the sidewalk. We toured on foot and took a ride on the ferries …ate in local eateries and snapped a lot of photographs of the waterfront areas and the architecture.

The buildings are so beautiful there—the old and the modern…the local people speak with alien like accents and are rather friendly in their own way. I had a wonderful, wonderful time there and would enjoy coming back sometime.
