It’s an upcoming financial district so if you’re traveling on business chances are you might have to go to V.O. anyway. Full of fairly upscale clubs, packed with ppl at night, so worth going if you’re into that. It’s the club counterpart to the bar scene of Itaim Bibi, very preppy scene in most venues, locals love it.

there are good parties but they are few. if you know about any such party beforehand, go, otherwise skip it – most of the bars here are lousy. The cocktail stand on Via Porto Fluviale just outside Testaccio is a must, tho.
