Huge second-hand shop?

Last time I was in Berlin, I found a huge second-hand shop by mistake. I can’t remember which street or train stop it was, but I do remember I’d originally been looking for a flea market (maybe Arkonaplatz?), and that the shop wasn’t far from the station. The shop was about five or six storeys, the top few storeys each being devoted to clothes of a certain era. Anyone know which shop it is, and where it is? I’d be grateful for any answers.

Summing up Berlin in one sentence fragment: 49 cent beer. And really good quality Weissbier too. Bought from a Supermarkt.

Berlin is also fantastically built. Of all the large cities I’ve been to (Rome, Paris, New York, London), Berlin is by far the best for architecture. And the roads are really wide.

Go there. You will not regret a moment.

Came here as a 7-year-old, absolutely loved it. Want to visit all the other Channel Islands.

Stayed in village 45 minutes outside of Rome

It was called Ripi – I forget which other towns it was near. Anyway, beautiful scenery, friendly people – we came in time for a four-night festival, which meant four nights of partying…

Great fun

Oblivion IS all it’s cracked up to be…I think I rode it about six times that day. Honestly, it’s orgasmically good. Nemesis is also exhilarating, but more of an S&M orgasm – every time the carriage makes a turning, you hear a bang.

Japan

What’s not to love about Japan? The weirder it gets, the more endearing it becomes. Sure, outsiders may think of them as just ‘weird foreigners’, but evidently they can get things done. Why else would they fit in the top ten for life expectancy, average IQ, living standards and the like?
