maybe it’s just because i am a cupcake freak…
but sprinkles is one of the places i have to stop by every time i’m in the area.
the red velvet and banana cupcakes are perfection in a cake.

Honestly, texas has a bad rep of being redneck yadaa yadaa.
but no, dallas…a major shopping city. the FIRSTNEIMANMARCUS is in dallas. Northpark mall carries a variety of designer brands, barney’s, neimans, saks..you name it. Dallas has a sprinkles cupcakes. they only other city with that is beverly hills. obviously dallas has to be special if one of two sprinkles cupcakes are there.
this is just a brief point, but there’s so many more “sophisticated” options. not just rodeo’s and the dallas cowboy cheerleaders and football.
here are a few links to help finding alternative options to the cliche texas tour…

i would try to go at night. thats what we did and it was truly one of the most beautiful sights i’ve ever seen. you are already up so so high, but big shot takes you up even higher. its the best way to see the strip and the beautiful flashing lights.
