‘Awesome’ as the Americans may or may not say

I spent about 8 years of my life in a little village near here. It was a great place to grow up, I probably wouldn’t like it so much now.

The primary school there was brilliant too. Mrs Mars, I’ll always remember you(weep) :)

I’m going on the 18th and I going to shop it up.

I hope I can find some cool shops to go to. What I’d like to get most are some flattering jeans, they need to have long leggies and kinda flaredy and some nice kooky comfortable tops.

I think that most of my week has been planned by my relatives anyways

I think I might even want to live here forever.

Every single Canadian person who I have EVER met makes it into my top whatever list of soundest people alive. If you pay close attention to the television, don’t all Canadians seem really sound?

Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a country where everybody is really nice and sane. They also have a low crime rate, good healthcare and educational systems, and bears.

I think I’d really enjoy living here for a year at least. It seems to be the thing to do, and some second cousins of mine did just that and liked it so much they stayed.

I’ve always dreamed of visiting India, it just seems so magical in my head.

I love this place. I have cousins there and went to Seville for a wedding in Feb, which was absolutley fabulous. I’ve been a couple of times, and one day I want to go over there for a couple of months or a year and become fluent in Spanish. I can barely speak a word after 5 years of classes and a B1 in the final exam. So much for the bloody leaving cert.

A really enjoyed my time here, good ice-cream and tobogganing! Alot of the people who I encountered here were quite rude though, which put a wee cloud over an otherwise enjoyable visit.

I’d really recommend going to the Fringe Festival here, it’s brilliant, but I found it to be alot more expensive than I had anticipated, even though I stayed in a hostel (Caledonian Backpackers, quite good I thought).

Definitley go, but bring a good reserve of cash, just in case! Visit the zoo as well, it’s pretty cool, one of the shows I’d recommend that play there regularly are ‘Topping and Butch’
