Home sweet home! Spendy but gorgeous.

Eighteen years and countless visits on the island of O’ahu, there are still veiws that make me weep from thier sheer splendor. If you have the money go! If you dont, try to find it. Stay away from the tourist traps and out into the “country”. There is so much to see, but please be nice to the locals some of the are very sensitive to ill mannered questions regarding thier “grass huts”. No we don’t live in grass huts! Aloha.

Grand Forks, North Dakota

It's like a continous plague,but the people are nice!

After leaving sunny California, the military thought that I being an Island girl would thoroughly enjoy a trip to smack dab in the middle of the map for the past 5 or so years. So far it’s been a lesson in the definition of cold and just how evil some mosquitoes really are. In truth most of the people are fantastic, there is much history here and in the surrounding area but I’ve had my fair share of Grand Forks and can’t wait to get going to the next place the military decides to move us.
