The damn water bottle makes the place look so attractive.

Oh, yes. OH, YES. I’ll admit it: I am a complete and utter dork. The first time I had any desire to visit Greece was after seeing “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.” I mean, it appears so gorgeous in the film! My mother has traveled all over, and she says it truly is that beautiful. I’m excited to go there! I know I will, some day!

In sixth grade, a friend and I were looking at her mom’s HUGE map and we saw a tiny country labeled “Luxe.” in Europe. Well! We decided “Luxe.” was the place for us! A few years later, I discovered the true meaning of “Luxe.”: Luxembourg! Even though she and I aren’t friends anymore (although perhaps we will be when she returns to my public high school from her private one), I would still love to go here, even though I don’t know anything about it!

Really, Legoland was amazing, even though my brother and I are well into our teens. We went to the one in Denmark one summer when we were visiting our grandparents in Sweden, and, really, it’s truly incredible. I love how the girl Lego people actually have breasts… and the guys have five o’clock shadow!

I would love to travel to the Poles so that I could hop around the International Dateline saying, “Now it’s Tuesday! Now it’s Wednesday! Now it’s Tuesday! Now it’s Wednesday!”

But, then again, if I went to the much colder South Pole, I could see penguins.

What a dilemma!

Oh, well, I’ll go to Australia and see penguins.

I grew up speaking Swedish before I learned English, even though I live in the US. My mother was born and raised in Sweden, and my mother’s grandparents (my mormor and morfar, in Swedish) still live there. I visit them every year, and I have found every part of Sweden (I’ve been all over) a heaven on Earth. Stockholm is an amazing metropolitan, and where my mormor and morfar live, in Kristinehamn, is the perfect small town with everything accesible by bike. Rodon, where my morfar grew up, is such an incredibly tranquil place.

But nobody visit Sweden! I love it just the way it is! No tourists, please!

I love the UK, positively LOVE it, but London is a bit over-played. Many people obsess over London, but, really, there are much more incredible major cities out there. Perhaps I only feel that way because when I’ve gone there it rained every day and I wasn’t legal to drink. But try it for yourself!

My older brother’s best friend with whom I am v. close promised once to take me to India. That was, of course, before he broke my heart and I didn’t admit it. So! Does the offer still stand? I certainly hope so.

Alright, so I’ve only KIND OF gone to Alice’s Restaurant. It’s one of my dad’s favorite songs, so when I found out while on a ski vacation with one of my girlfriends that we were close, I simply had to stop by.

It was closed.

BUT! We ate at the restaurant next door.

So I’ve sort of gone here.
