The yuppie/trixie fans suck, but there’s no better place to see a baseball game in the world. (although there are usually places to see better baseball.)

Marine Stadium is not the most attractive or charming baseball park you’ll ever go to. It reminds me a lot of the old cookie-cutter round stadiums from the 70s and 80s in the US. It can be chilly in cooler months, and the wind coming off the bay can be harsh (though the walls enclosing the outfield probably help against that)

Still, Chiba Lotte has one of the most passionate fan cheering sections in Japanese baseball, which adds a lot to the enjoyment of watching a game. In the summer, it’s really not such a bad place to watch a game, and there’s a beach right next to it with a nice view of Tokyo Bay. There’s usually some fun stuff going on outside on the pavilion before and after games. It helps that the baseball has been worth watching the past few years too.

DisneySea seems to be designed with more adult visitors in mind. Lots of paths and spaces to stroll, less kiddy rides, and you can buy alcoholic beverages there. Of course, that makes it far less popular than its older sister park. That works out well for you because waits are minimal!
When I went, we ran out of rides we wanted to go on and ended up doing some multiple times. That was before the new coaster and Tower of Terror opened, so I definitely want to go back.
