Not worth visiting!
A review of this place: Born & Raised
I grew up in Monticello. I stayed there until I moved and went to college. Its a relatively small town with very little to do as far as entertainment. Unless you have a good group of friends, you’ll probably get bored living here. However, it is right on the lake so if you like swimming, boating, etc you could do that here.
