In a book named “Natural Capitalism” there is a profile of Curitiba and a brief history of the influence of architect Jaime Lerner, a past mayor. I dream of visiting this city one day to see the manifestations of Lerner’s vision and to see all of the smart urban planning decisions Curitiba has been reported to have made over the years.

The climate has spoiled me – it’s so steady! I used to live in a place that would swing from 35 degrees celcius in the summer to negative 35 degrees celcius in the winter. How could I ever go back!? ;-)
