I’ll be living there!

Kick some theatrical butt!

It looks like may be moving here in about 13 months! If I can keep my head together, get the financing, and all that jazz, I’ll be there. Even if I fail as an actor (perish the thought), I will be in one of the most awe-inspiring cities in the world.

It’s like South Beach, but with more clothes on.

I used to live here. I miss the marina. I have no idea how it’s changed since I last saw it.

It’s a little surreal and very vibrant. It’s not a place for deep, reflective travel. It’s full of beautiful people, great food, and bad service :D If you go looking for flaws, you’ll find them. If you go looking for beauty and fun, you find that, too. (That’s actually my philosophy for all travel, though.)

I saw some pictures of a beautiful place above, clicked on them and cheered them. I thought, “Oh, I want to go here.” It was Thailand and I already have it on my list. I want to go TODAY!

I don’t think I’ve even heard of this place until I fell across it just now. This pictures others have posted are amazing. It’s so exotic and lush.

Having been a mermaid in a past life, I think I could thrive here, even with my current respiratory system. I have heard that’s it’s not too touristy and the seafood is as fresh as it gets. I’m ready to go.

If you get a chance, participate in Jouvert. It’s a high-energy experience but something beyond just “fun”. Get some sleep before you do it, because right afterward starts the parade.
