saskatchewan is a beautiful beautiful place that gets a bum rap. most people’s experience of the place is of the just-driving-through variety. if that applies to you, make sure to stop at the heliotrope restaurant in regina.

the arctic is truly one of the most mystical and fantastic places i’ve ever been. i recommend it to anyone.

when i was nine years old or so, i was visiting my grandfather who lived and worked in canmore at the time. steping out onto the porch, i looked up to see the three sisters mountain and swore that one day i would make my home here.
