Worth visiting!
Neat feel and history
Despite the negatives, there is something special about Detroit—at least for me, a fan of Great Lakes cities.
The city has some of the best examples of 20s and 30s architecture in the U.S. Detroit has a big city feel without being overwhelming or terribly unfriendly. It has a unique past and provides a ghostly warning against our throwaway culture.
