The Charms of the Capital.
New Delhi is a place which keeps one glued to her…..notwithstanding the heat,dust,dirt,animals all over the place…namely cows and buffaloes…the old buildings have a quaint charm of their own,the people are boisterous,the ambience of the shopping plazas,the narrow gullies and small shops,winding narrow lanes and by-lanes…..a mixture of cultures and languages!!!
