the place where my children boarded the plane had a fountain near by. It had a unique design. Me and the kids enjoyed it while we waited. I think it was called sun and earth. It was where 3 plane boarded. If not on those planes, we would have not been able to see it.

I take my children here nearly every summer. There is so much water that it brings down the temperature of the whole place. There is a shallow pool for babies, challenging rides for teens, including surfing on a boogie board. My favorate is going around circles in the wading pool.

I participated in the 5k walk. It was a beautiful walk along the beach. I just recently found out that the 5k walk is done yearly. I plan on going and doing it again next year.

I still live nearby. My mother still lives in Carlsbad. I consider Tamarack Beach, my beach. I used to walk there after school.

Legoland is now in Carlsbad also. I have only been there one or two times. That is NOT long enough to explore it. Legoland is fasinating.

Carlsbad is also known for its field of flowers and strawberries. When they are in bloom you can see them from the freeway.

I would not want to raise my kids in Carlsbad, a bit to snobbish for me. But, it is a beautiful place to visit.

I went on a Women’s weekend Retreat here. It was absolutly beautiful and refreshing. I would like to go again. I am sure I will some day. In the meantime I took many pictures to help me remember the experience.

This picture was taken 1st thing in the morning. It was so peaceful there.

I have been living in Vista CA for 12 years. Vista is located in North San Diego County of CA. I have lived in North San Diego County of CA most of my life. Vista is located about a 20 minute drive from the beach. The weather is mild year round. The summers are warm but rarely get past 90 degrees. There is a water park here that is open in the summer, several shopping malls that are a short driving distance away.

The word “Vista” mean view. There are some parts of Vista that have a view of the Pacific Ocean. When I take a walk, I can see this view. Parts of Vista feel like the country, yet we are very close to the convienences of the city.

Vista is a great place to both visit and to live.
