Tokyo

(in Japan > Honshu > Kantō)
Tokyo-Narita

I’ve actually been to Tokyo, well, the Tokyo-Narita airport. So I don’t actually count it as being there. For me, I have to set foot outside the airport and go somewhere, to actually say I’ve been somewhere. Just me, everyone’s free to say where they’ve been if they’ve got no problem only seeing the airport, it’s their prerogative really. My brother actually had enough time on his layover @ Tokyo/Narita to take a little guided tour. I have YET to see the pictures however…

Antarctica

(in )
A rumor about this place

I did a google search on Antarctica hoping to find out a little information about prices for getting there. Most I saw included travel packages on an ice breaker with a minimum of 10 days for upwards of $5000. I even saw one trip on there for $25000 US Dollars! If I had the money I’d definitely go, but this appears to be something I won’t do for a long long time. = (

I wonder what there is to do there? Skiing anyone?

Lambeau Field

What I want to do at this place

Some friends and I are planning a trip here December 17th for the Packers vs. Lions game. We don’t even care what either team’s records are like at that point. It’d just be so awesome to go there, especially with how COLD it’ll be then. It’ll most likely be the last trip I take before I leave for Thailand 10 days later. To go from extreme cold to extreme heat, that should be disorienting, to say the least.

Cedar Point

Worth visiting!

A rumor about this place

I heard now at Cedar Point you take a number and come back later, so you don’t have to stand in line. What a brilliant idea! Haven’t been here in 6 years, might like to go back some day, not now though. Favorite rides were The Millenium Force (new the year I went), The Raptor, and Magnum XL2000. Put a penny on your knee if you ride Demon Drop.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

Worth visiting!

Witness to a man having a heart attack here...

I was on a layover here from Portland to Detroit (go figure) and as I was going to my next gate, I heard someone scream out. I turned my head, and a crew of about 6 EMS workers had a man pinned down on the ground with his shirt open. I guess he had even stopped breathing too because I heard one of the EMS crew say “he’s breathing again.” I think/hope he was gonna be ok. Scary moment. Nice airport though. Had a great Veggie sandwhich at a place right next to a Sushi restaurant, sorry can’t remember the names.

Ford Field

Worth visiting!

The last time I went to this place

was against the Cincinatti Bengals. We lost, obviously. What I remember about that game the most was the rampant chants of “Fire Millen!” all around the stadium.
